This is a members-only Special General Meeting (SGM) of Te Moana nui a Kiwa Whakapūkahatanga Ihi – South Pacific Professional Engineering Excellence (SPPEEx).

The purpose of the SGM is to consider matters required under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, which requires SPPEEx to re-register by April 2026. As part of this process, SPPEEx must adopt an updated Constitution that complies with the requirements of the 2022 Act.

The Committee has prepared a proposed new Constitution using the Incorporated Societies Constitution builder to support re-registration. Members are asked to consider and vote on the adoption of the new Constitution to enable SPPEEx to re-register within the required timeframe.
